RETURNS
If your order was in any way incorrect, first off we apologize. We will gladly honor any refunds or exchanges for items up to 30 days of the purchase date.
Follow these steps so we can review your item for a refund or exchange.
1) Product(s) must have tags attached, unworn and in stable condition.
2) Email us your reason for the exchange or refund at info@glakesgear.com
3) We will provide a flat rate shipping label for the return of purchased product. If you wish to be refunded the purchase price of the item(s), the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund up to $8. If you wish to exchange your item(s) we will send you a pre paid return shipping label and send out your new piece(s) of elite apparel when we receive your returned item(s).
